IMPORTANT - Lloyd Talent is very appreciative of
your request for representation. We would
like to reply to all submissions, however work
loads do not allow the time. We are able to
reply only to submissions who fit into our current
needs. We will not be able to reply to
answer inquiries as to why a submission was not
accepted. Thank you. |

EMAIL - this is our preferred method for
submission
1. Prepare a complete resume using
"WORD" if at all possible. If you
do not have Word, then prepare the resume with a
simple Text editor such as NotePad or TextMate.
Or you may attach a PDF.
2. Prepare a digital "color"
headshot in a JPEG format "only".
Please follow the guidelines below:
- Maximum file size to be 1 MB (one
megabyte) - if larger, it may be deleted and we
will not receive it
- If you don't know how to size a
photo to send via email, then use this

3. Attach the WORD document and the
"correctly sized JPEG" headshot to your
email. (do not zip
files)
4..You may also submit a video you already
have prepared or if you would like to prepare one
to send.
We auto delete any large files
automatically, so a video will be deleted along
with your resume and
jpeg unless you prepare and send the video as per
the instructions "do not attach
videos"

create your video - ensure you set your
camera for a screen size of
"4:3" (NOT
16:9 or wide screen) |

go to BLIP.TV <<click

3. log
in or create a new account (it is free)

| 4.
click on UPLOAD and upload your video (turn
"off" the advertising option) |
| 5.
once the video is uploaded, select SHARE
and send the link to Lloyd Talent |
| 6.
"remember" to send your
information in the same email as the
video link so we know who you are |

submissions are preferred)
Send a color photo with your resume and/or
information about yourself and include all contact
information.
All materials "will not" be returned,
unless a self-addressed envelope with proper postage is
